As founder and lead consultant at Creasol Services, Aline has delivered expert assignments for some of the world's most prominent international organisations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the OECD/International Transport Forum (ITF), as well as a range of EU-funded projects. VIAS Institute is Belgium's leading road safety research organisation. In this senior role, Aline led complex EU and internationally funded projects, bringing together regulatory expertise, innovation leadership, and a strong focus on knowledge transfer. Her work on the digitalisation of training curricula — including the development of blended learning activities on the 360Learning LMS platform — positioned VIAS at the forefront of modern learning design in the mobility and safety sector.
Her engagement with EU and UNECE standardisation processes gave her a detailed command of the regulatory landscape governing road safety and intelligent transport systems — expertise she continues to apply in her consultancy practice today.
For nearly a decade, Aline led the Brussels advocacy office of the Federation of European Motorcyclists' Associations (FEMA), one of the leading civil society organisations in EU transport policy. She represented the organisation before European institutions and international partners, coordinated stakeholder engagement and contributed to the development of EU transport and road safety policies.
She organised international expert workshops and policy dialogues, bringing together policymakers, researchers, industry and user organisations to support evidence-informed transport policy and programme development. This role provided extensive experience of EU institutions, advocacy, regulatory processes and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
