SELECTED INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
European Programme & Knowledge Coordination
Contribution: Coordinated an EU-funded European knowledge and research project, mobilising experts and partners across countries and managing consultations, workshops, technical deliverables, budget and dissemination.
Output: A European knowledge platform and set of evidence-based recommendations supporting motorcycle-safety policy, research priorities and professional practice.
Public-Private Research & Innovation Programmes
Contribution: Designed and coordinated multi-stakeholder road-safety research and innovation projects involving public authorities, emergency services, universities and research bodies, manufacturers and technical partners.
Output: Research and intervention projects translating public-policy needs into tested solutions, operational recommendations and subsequent programming.
Market & Value Chain Development
Contribution: Conducted sector and value-chain analysis combining desk research and field consultations; mapped the ecosystem, market opportunities and constraints, local capacity needs and partnership options.
Output: Recommendations for market development, pilot activities, stakeholder engagement and local technical support.
Safe System Programme Formulation
Contribution: Co-authored and led the Short-Term Improvement Plan, translating the national capacity assessment into a multisectoral Safe System programme for Ouagadougou.
Output: Project prioritisation, institutional and capacity analysis, implementation-barrier assessment and seven Terms of Reference.

My work in Sub-Saharan Africa combines institutional and programme experience with direct exposure to the operational realities of businesses, value chains and market development.
Field-based sector and value-chain analysis in Senegal, connecting market opportunities, supply constraints, technical capacities and partnership needs.
Through MUNTU Design / MUNTU Services, supported African entrepreneurs and SMEs in accessing European markets, including business structuring, production adaptation, supply-chain constraints and partner coordination.
Direct exposure to the skills shortages and capability constraints affecting organisations and SMEs, linking workforce realities with capacity-development and implementation needs.
